A short post, as we are heading away for a long-planned holiday to Japan.
What am I looking forward to?
Time with my girls.
Immersion into an ancient, interesting and different culture.
Food. Nature. Shared Experiences.
Switching off from news, devices, and work. Downtime.
I will take my pen and paper and see what comes out of my head while I’m away…. And wherever you are, stay warm/cool, enjoy the Football World Cup and thanks again for supporting my Substack.

PS: I have just finished reading The Come Back Code by Jake Bailey - I highly recommend this book on resilience for you and any teenagers in your life. I had the pleasure of meeting Jake and his wisdom comes through the pages.
