November Vibes

We’ve made it to November, my favorite time of year. The Pacific Northwest really shows off right now. Grey skies. Cold mornings. Trees flipping through their last reds and yellows like they’re in a hurry to get somewhere.

Growing up, rain meant one thing: staying inside and drawing. Rain and art got braided together in my head early on, and honestly, that probably explains why I’ve ended up here. This season hits just right—days spent at the drawing board while the weather does its dramatic thing outside the window. It’s exactly the kind of mood that makes me want to work.

Anyone remember this book?

And what’s on my drawing board right now? Table Titans Club Book 3!!

Yup, it’s official, we’re doing a third book.

Book 2 hits shelves on March 5th, 2026, but I’m already deep into the next one, and I’m over the moon about the support everyone has shown for Table Titans Club these last two years. I know how rare that is—especially for a “new” author who’s technically been making comics for 25 years. I’m grateful. Really grateful.

Speaking of those 25 years:

The entire PvP archive is now free to read at toonhoundstudios.com.
I tried putting it behind a Patreon wall at one point, and that was a misread on my part. PvP has always been free, and it should stay that way.

I didn’t put ads back on the site, however. Frankly, online advertising has turned into a trash fire. Ads don’t pay anything anymore, and the amount of bad practices you have to police from ad providers is a miserable game of whack-a-mole with zero payoff. So the site will stay ad-free.

That said, if you ever wanted to say thanks for the comics, consider tossing a coffee my way on Ko-fi. Hosting is cheap these days, but not free. If you binge a bunch of strips, maybe drop a tip in the jar.

Alright. Slippers are on, the kettle’s going, rain’s kicking off another round on the roof.

Time to make some comics.
