What next as Celtic blow their Champions League chance in Austria

Celtic have plunged into the Europa League after blowing a four-goal lead in their Champions League play-off to lose 5-4 on aggregate to LASK.

The Hoops travelled to Austria with a 3-0 lead from the first leg at Celtic Park which became 4-0 after Callum McGregor's deflected effort on 21 minutes put them ahead on the night.

But a collapse of epic proportions followed as Celtic conceded four times to goals from Moses Usor (32), Robert Ljubicic (48), Samuel Adeniran (58) and Florian Flecker (90) to take the tie into extra-time.

Adeniran then struck his second of the night in the 109th minute to send LASK into the Champions League and condemn Celtic to an all-time European low as they dropped into the Europa League for a second successive season.

Attention will now turn to the Europa League draw and who Celtic could face.
