1:1 Coaching
If you want to work through the translation system with me directly, 1:1 coaching is available for $150/hr and only offered to members. It’s definitely not required — the membership includes all the tools you need to future proof your career yourself — but if you want more support or need to move faster, 1:1 is a great option. We can tailor the session to whatever you need: a workshop on your resume, brainstorming corporate roles that might be a good fit, a hands-on interview prep session to make sure you nail it on the first go — you name it.
It’s strongly recommended that everyone takes the course before booking 1:1 coaching. Here’s why:
if you come in with an understanding of the concepts and frameworks, we spend as much time as possible discussing your unique experience and needs
the exercises in the course help excavate the right specific examples from your experience and help us work quickly to customize and tailor the translation for you
you can have a better sense of where you need support vs what you feel confident tackling on your own. This means we focus our time on the places you’re stuck.
TL;DR: I don’t want you spending more money than you need to. You get huge value for $150 with personalized coaching but every dollar leaving your bank account is a big deal when you’re worried about the sustainability of your career.
