Three days. A proper cricket performance camp. A little window into what elite actually looks like.

For 27 years I have coached at every level of the game. From primary school children taking their first steps, right up to international cricketers. This camp is where all of that comes together in one place.

Here is the promise. Whatever level a player walks in at, I meet them there. I take what I have learned at the very top, and I make it simple, relevant and useful for them. That is the whole point. Simplicity is genius.

Over the three days we cover the five things that make a cricketer. The technical. The tactical. The physical. The mental. And the lifestyle that holds it all together. Not in a complicated way. In a way they will remember, and enjoy.

I will not be doing it on my own. I am bringing a hand-picked team of coaches with me, so every player gets real attention across the camp.

The setting matches the ambition. Westonbirt sits in 210 acres of Cotswold parkland around a beautiful Victorian mansion, with excellent facilities and everything on site. For the players staying over, it is an experience in itself. Three days away, doing the thing they love, somewhere they will not forget.

Who it is for. Boys and girls, aged 11 to 17, who love their cricket and want to get better.

The camp runs as a residential, and that is what I would encourage. Stay on site, get the full experience, live it for three days. If a residential does not suit, there is a day camp option too, and everyone is welcome either way.
