The Lady Chief Justice, Sue Carr in our modern way, has just behaved in a spectacularly self indulgent way - with your money.
What has she done?
Well she convened what is euphamistically being called a ‘follow on judgement’. It's not one. A judgement is only a judgment if it decides an issue and the Court makes an order. She made no order. So in law the entire hearing is called Obiter Dicta - irrelevant.
