Thank you so very much to those who were able to attend the Setsubun: Buddhist Chanting & Community Healing with “Live Art by Satsuki Shibuya” earlier this month at Rissho Kosei-Kai of Los Angeles!
I’m grateful for the 100+ people who attended, those who were a part of the gathering from afar, Reverend Kyohei Mikawa and Rissho Kosei-Kai church members for putting together such a beautiful chanting event.
Guests-in-attendance received an Omamori, each with unique channeled messages written on the back.
From some of the feedback received, it seems the messages written reached those who they were meant for, which was the hope when creating them.
During the painting, I was expecting something along the lines of what I experience when capturing music, but it was nothing I’ve ever experienced!
Layers upon layers, sound waves, vocal vibrational frequencies, life force energy and things beyond the naked eye, so much was coming through, it was as if I was surfing in a sea of light!
Once the painting is officially up in its new space at Rissho Kosei-Kai, I hope many who are interested will go see it in person!
I plan to visit and take some photos to share with you, too. ❤️
