I hope you’re having a wonderful weekend! We’ve been leaning into simple meals lately because summer always seems to fly by. Between beach days, cookouts, and trying to soak up every bit of sunshine, I want dinners that are easy to make but still feel fresh and satisfying.

This week’s lineup includes two brand-new recipes that I’m so excited to share with you! One is a creamy, protein-packed Bone Broth Pasta that’s surprisingly simple, and the other is a Chicken Cutlet Pasta Salad that has quickly become one of my favorite lunches. I rounded out the menu with a few more easy pasta dishes and hearty salads that are perfect for meal prep or busy weeknights.

I hope you enjoy them as much as we have!

  1. Bone Broth Pasta: Creamy, cozy, and packed with protein, this easy pasta uses bone broth to create a rich, flavorful sauce that’s perfect for busy weeknights.

  2. Chicken Cutlet Pasta Salad: Crispy chicken cutlets, tender pasta, fresh vegetables, and a flavorful dressing come together for the ultimate summer pasta salad. Perfect for meal prep, lunches, or your next backyard barbecue.

  3. Cheesesteak Pasta: Everything you love about a classic cheesesteak gets transformed into a creamy, cheesy pasta that’s hearty, comforting, and always a crowd favorite.

  4. Smashed Bean Egg Salad: This high-protein lunch combines creamy smashed beans with eggs, fresh herbs, and simple seasonings for an easy meal that’s filling and incredibly flavorful.

  5. Grilled Chicken Peach and Corn Salad: Sweet summer peaches, grilled chicken, fresh corn, and crisp greens create the perfect balance of sweet and savory in every bite.

  6. Marry Me Ditalini Sausage Pasta: A reader favorite. This creamy pasta is loaded with Italian sausage, vegetables and plenty of Parmesan. It’s easy enough for a weeknight and guaranteed to become a family favorite.

I've been spending more time focusing on strength training lately, and these are some of the fitness essentials I've been loving. Whether you're working out at home or just looking to add a few versatile pieces to your routine, these tools make it easy to get in a great workout without needing a full gym.

I’ve also been obsessed with the HUME scale. You get so much data from it. Water weight percent, lean mass percent and even your metabolic age. It’s amazing.

  1. TRX GO Suspension Trainer: If I could only keep one piece of workout equipment, this would be it. It’s lightweight, portable, and gives you a full-body workout using just your body weight.

  2. TRX Stability Ball: Great for core work, strength training, stretching, and improving balance. It’s a simple piece of equipment that adds so much variety to your workouts.

  3. The Body Pod Home Body Analyzer: I’m obsessed with how much information this scale provides. It tracks everything from body fat percentage and lean muscle mass to water percentage and more, making it easy to monitor progress beyond just your weight.

  4. On Women’s Cloud 6 Shoes: These are my go-to sneakers for walking, everyday wear, and light workouts. They’re incredibly comfortable, supportive, and worth all the hype.

  5. TRX YBell Pro Series 3-in-1: Part dumbbell, part kettlebell, and part push-up stand, this is one of the most versatile pieces of equipment you can own. It’s perfect for maximizing your workouts while saving space.

  6. Renoj Resistance Bands: A workout staple that travels anywhere. These resistance bands are perfect for strength training, Pilates, mobility work, or adding extra resistance to your favorite exercises.

Have a great week ahead!!

xoxo, Sarah
