NFL pre-season is here, so this week’s lineup is all about flavorful recipes that are perfect for game day and easy weeknight meals.

We’ve got a few fresh seafood favorites, a lighter buffalo chicken recipe, something sweet for dipping, and my new Chicken Nugget Meatball Caprese Salad that you have to try!

  1. Crispy Rice Spicy Salmon Bowls: Crispy rice and spicy salmon are always a winning combination. These bowls have tons of flavor and texture and are such a fun way to switch up your usual salmon routine.

  2. Sweet & Spicy Salmon Bowls: Sweet, spicy and loaded with fresh ingredients, these salmon bowls are perfect for an easy weeknight dinner. I love the combination of tender salmon, fresh veggies and that delicious sweet and spicy sauce.

  3. Honey Lime Greek Yogurt Fruit Dip: Creamy, lightly sweet and refreshing, this easy Greek yogurt fruit dip is perfect for game day. Serve it with your favorite fresh fruit for a healthier appetizer everyone can enjoy.

  4. One Pan Spicy Buffalo Ground Chicken: It wouldn’t be football season without buffalo chicken. This easy one pan recipe is spicy, satisfying and packed with flavor. Serve it with lettuce cups for a lighter game-day option.

  5. Tuna Poke Lettuce Cups: Fresh ahi tuna poke tucked into crisp lettuce cups makes the perfect light and flavorful appetizer. They’re fresh, crunchy and packed with flavor, which is exactly what I want for late-summer entertaining.

  6. Chicken Nugget Meatball Caprese Salad: My newest recipe and one you have to try! Juicy chicken nugget meatballs are paired with classic Caprese flavors for a fun, protein-packed salad. It’s fresh, satisfying and completely irresistible.

Back-to-school season is here, which unfortunately also means cold and flu season isn’t too far behind. Hopefully you won’t need any of these items, but these are the products I reach for anytime I feel sick. I like to keep a few of these essentials on hand so I’m prepared when that first scratchy throat or stuffy nose hits.

  1. NeilMed Nasaflo Porcelain Neti Pot: I swear by a Neti Pot! It helps flush the sinuses and provides soothing, hydrating relief. This is always one of the first things I reach for when I’m feeling congested.

  2. HALLS Soothing Throat Drops: These are great to have tucked away for cold season. I especially love the creamy strawberry flavor!

  3. Beekeeper’s Naturals Honey Cough Syrup for Adults: Made with honey and elderberry, this is one I like to keep stocked during cold and flu season. Easy to reach for when a cough starts creeping in.

  4. Beekeeper’s Naturals Throat Soothing Lollipops: Such a great way to help kids soothe their throats and coughs. The lollipop format makes them a little more fun for kids, too!

  5. Beekeeper’s Naturals Propolis Throat Soother Spray: I like having this on hand when my throat starts feeling irritated. The menthol feels cooling and soothing, and the spray is easy to use.

  6. Vicks VapoStick: Old school, but effective in my opinion! I love that the no-touch applicator makes it less messy than traditional vapor rub. Definitely one of those products I’m happy to have around when I’m feeling under the weather.

Have a great week ahead!!

xoxo, Sarah
