Alrighty *claps hands*—let’s chat spring. And maybe a little bit of summer?

Despite my current frustrations with my own closet, I’m still thrilled about the mild weather and subsequent outfit potential.

My focus remains the same—wearable, yet intriguing pieces that could slip just as easily into a fashion editor’s wardrobe as they could a new mom’s (hi, it me).

I want polished, yet unfussy—comfortable, but not at the expense of good design, and quality—nothing too precious.

I want fashion, but make it school-drop-off-run-your-errands-live-your-life. I want ease.

Below, everything I’m eyeing and buying—a mildly delusional wishlist if you will.

What I love about Kallmeyer is how effortlessly their pieces live in the middle. Nothing is overly masculine or feminine. Or too precious or haphazard. There’s an elegant ease to the whole thing that’s both relatable and aspirational.

But what really caught my eye this season was the styling. A tailored jacket over a pant with an elastic waistband. Flip flops with everything. Two striped long sleeves tied around the waist of a two-piece suit. That’s what brought the collection to life. A reminder that how you wear something is just as considered as the thing itself.

As a sucker for a good monochrome look, I loved the show opener—a tailored blazer paired with relaxed wide leg pants, flip flops and a bucket hat. The juxtaposition of the blazer against the more relaxed nature of rest of the pieces create interest in a minimal way.

Similarly, this polo and this skirt—especially paired together—tickled my fancy. Just as easily suited for brunch and shop hopping as it is dinner or drinks with a friend.

This blazer scarf combo feels like an immediate wardrobe workhorse. Ditto this jacket and these pants.

This leather jacket is high on my radar—the proportions are perfect (also an excellent option for petites). With so many oversized leather bombers floating around, it’s refreshing to see one with a modern touch.

Speaking of leather, this leather blazer is also fantastic. Equally chic closed (like so on the model) or open, with slim fit trousers or denim.

A perfect little black (or brown) dress imo. Would pair this with a minimal flip flop for a casual look or heels for a dressier vibe.

Immediately clocked the print on this scarf (also in a smaller size) and top and cannot decide which one I want to add to my closet.

I think I’ve finally come around to a bucket hat, but only if it’s Kallmeyer.

Ditto striped tees. Sometimes they can read too juvenile, but the stripe placement and width make hers feel a little cooler? Idk, I could just be drinking the koolaid.

I’m very particular about my prints—especially florals. This one’s a winner. Also perfect for any warm weather wedding celebrations.

I had the pleasure of meeting Trish during Paris Fashion Week, and she was beyond lovely. You can tell she’s in the business of creating clothes for women who actually wear them—pieces that not only look good, but carry you through the many aspects of your life.

Her hypothetical muse for this collection was “a girl leaving her house in the morning, running to the deli—it’s all about doing errands and running around.” And it shows, in the best way.

Function seems to be a four letter word in fashion, but TWP makes a case for it. Wellies and garden clogs included.

I fear my large head will only look larger, but I love this big ass hat.

The fashion girlies were giddy over glasses haphazardly hung from these Sherman Williams necklaces and, I too, am giddy over it outside of the price point for cotton or silk cord.

The spring collection debuted new bags one of which was this delightful little carryall (also in the larger size). Perfect for errands or throwing in a larger tote and built to handle the impromptu spring shower.

J’adore this open-weave knit (my hyper fixation at the moment). It sold out pretty quickly on their site, but a there are few sizes left on Net-a-Porter.

I love when I find a piece that makes me pause and investigate—this coat did that for me. The fabric, design lines, asymmetrical buttons, removable belt—it feels unique and modern, but also timeless, versatile and utterly wearable. I’m all for a good classic with a twist, but it can get a little redundant you know?

Speaking of outwear, a lot of functional chic pieces to consider—notably, this trench (great color) and this hoodie (could see it with athleisure or a great pair of jeans or poplin pants).

A perfect silk-linen shirt for every warm weather situation.

My hunt for the perfect khaki pant continues, but these look fab. The cotton-linen blend is perfect for warmer weather.

We can’t talk about spring (or any season really, they’ve been on a good run) and not talk about Toteme.

Their collections always manage to feel relaxed and structured at the same time. Elegant without the effort. Modern with subtle tension between masculine and feminine that keeps this from falling flat, and this season was no different.

Crinkled cottons, aged linens, and raw-edged knits gave everything a subtle effortless allure—an airy softness if you will, while boxy leather bags and sculptural shoes kept the collection from feeling too bohemian.

I damn near fell over when I tried on this trench coat and knew I had to have it. I was giddy over the styling potential, drape, fit and color. Mind you, I have zero business owning this with a 7 month old, but not every purchase needs to be rationalized beyond “I love it and I love the way I feel in it.” Sometimes purchases are emotional and that’s ok.

An excellent pair of black Bermuda shorts—the weight of the material is light enough for warm weather, but substantial enough to style through transitional seasons.

No shortage of chic—and functional—transitional outerwear.

I never thought I’d consider a satin pant something I’d put on for a random Tuesday, but I can totally see myself pairing these pants with a simple white tee and some strategic accessories for a bop around town.

Several new bag silhouettes were introduced with this collection. Most notably this beauty (also this color) and this pouch.

Another open weave knit that I keep coming back to. Also an excellent option for shorter frames (if you love Khaite’s Elowen knit, but are swimming in it I’d give this one a try).

Tried these pants on in store and loved them—a more elevated take on a drawstring poplin or linen pant.

Ditto this bouclé jacket. Do I need it?? Easy to dress up or down and isn’t a chore or field coat.
