I am happily in my little office on Rue des Francs Bourgeois today, planning for one of many August tours. It’s been a beautiful Summer of touring and sharing the sacred in Paris with many guests visiting. This is my final month of 2026 in Paris, I will make my way to Sainte Baume for five weeks of guiding at the end of the month, and when I return in October I will guide a few tours and then leave for my winter sabbatical back home in California.
It’s the time of year with Sacred Paris that I am sadly responding with more no’s for Fall and Winter tours than I’d like to — I dislike having to say no to any request. But this is the season of the year that I take time to fill my cup back up after many months of being in serivice.
This week’s tour is a Divine Feminine in Paris tour.
I have a master list of musings that I draw from to create every unique itinerary with this tour theme. I thought it would be helpful and inspiring to share an excerpt from this master list in a post here for all of you.
My notes on the “divine feminine” are separated by archetype, and then for each there are places that I record which I feel carry or hold the energy of this particular thread of the divine feminine.

9:30am — Chapelle Notre Dame de la Médaille Miraculeuse (The Healer)
I love beginning here because there is always a prayer energy with women praying the rosary. Guests can purchase medals which are collectively blessed in the daily Mass.
10am — Église Saint Ignace (The Mystic)
The perfect stop for a moment of silence, this light-filled space is incredibly beautiful.
10:20am — Église Saint Sulpice (The Guardian)
Here we take our time to witness the Magdalene chapel, the Rose Line, and the Virgin Chapel
10:55am — Fountaine Médicis (The Living Waters)
We take a moment to pause beside this beautiful fountain, commissioned by a Queen
11:10am — Église Saint Séverin (The Hidden One)
With it’s twisted column and hidden well, this sacred place is very special.
11:35am — Église Saint Germain l’Auxerrois (The Artist)
This is one of my very favorite churches, with a prevalent Mary Magdalene presence and beautiful Guadalupe and Genevieve chapels
(If you have more time, insert a visit to Musée Gustave Moreau or Jean-Jacque Henner here. Both artists painted the feminine form with absolute adoration and reverence. The Moreau museum is one of my very favorites, be sure to look for Mary at the foot of the cross, and don’t miss the Salomé paintings. For Henner, go straight to the top floor — bring your sketch book or journal and plan to linger on the velvet seat as you surround yourself with the energy of the feminine that Henner loved to draw and paint.)
12pm — Notre Dame des Victoires (The Mother)
We finish here in one of the most beautiful prayer churches in Paris, closing the circle with the power of love which can be deeply felt in this sacred place.
My biggest challenge with each tour request is choosing where to go. The list of options is long in Paris, and I like to walk slowly. Each tour is robust, the intention is to be guided to an opening and if there is a tingle you can always return for a deeper more intimate experience. The truth is, we could spend nearly three hours at any one of these sacred places — and I often do!
