The ferns in the meditation garden were planted with plenty of space to expand; drip extensions will be added in a few weeks. Maybe next year a flowering vine for the arbor.

Today, the muscle has arrived.
Reminds me of Frances Mayes’ response to friend Patti’s challenge when she bought the dilapidated Tuscan villa, Bramasole, in her 2003, sort-of-a-memoir film with Diane Lane.

Me too—and they are neither Greek nor Roman! Holes for lavender,🪻catmint, ajuga, heuchera, and juniper plants 🪴 in process, now.
