Fixing 'cups-pki-invalid' printing error in Linux Mint/Ubuntu

Today on my Linux Mint install (21.2) I got the error cups-pki-invalid when trying to print a document. In this short blog post, we’re going to fix it, without having to remove/re-install printers.
