Hereford River 10K follows an out and back course alongside the River Wye in Hereford. The predominantly flat route is mainly off road, with a short section on a quiet country lane before runners loop back and follow the riverside route towards the finish.
There are one or two slight inclines, but the course is otherwise relatively level and suitable for a broad range of running abilities. As much of the 10K is off road, trail shoes may be advisable when weather conditions leave the riverside sections wet or muddy.
All finishers receive a bespoke event medal, with refreshments available after completing the race. Parking is available at locations throughout Hereford city centre.
