Aug. 20 (UPI) -- Prime Video is giving a glimpse of The Terminal List Season 2.
The streaming service shared a teaser trailer for the season Thursday featuring Chris Pratt as James Reece, a Navy SEAL gone rogue after the deaths of his wife and daughter.
The Terminal List is an action thriller based on the Jack Carr novel. Season 1 followed Reece as he sought revenge for his family and learned more about the secret experiment conducted on his former platoon.
The Season 2 teaser opens with Ben Edwards (Taylor Kitsch), Reece's late onetime friend, haunting Reece as he evades capture on his sailboat.
"What is that bomb in your head going to throw you next, Reece?" Edwards asks.
Reece receives an offer to be pardoned for his crimes if he takes on a new mission, but has "one foot in the grave" as he struggles with the physical and mental effects of the experimental drug he was subject to.
Other returning stars include Tom Hopper as Raife Hastings, Constance Wu as Katie Buranek, Dar Salim as Mohammed Farooq and Luke Hemsworth as Jules Landry, with Gabriel Luna to join the cast as Freddy Strain.
The Terminal List Season 2 will premiere Oct. 21 on Prime Video.
