Who are the Jihadists?

Strip away the euphemisms, and jihadism is, per the framework laid out by the International Freedom Coalition, a comprehensive ideological and historical strategy to conquer, dominate, and rule over what jihadists describe as “kufar,” or infidels, throughout the world.

Not a grievance. Not a reaction to foreign policy. An ideological strategy with an endpoint. That endpoint is the seizure of all “infidel” land and the establishment of a caliphate under a jihadist version of Sharia law that replaces existing national and international legal systems. And critically, this isn’t just a Muslim-vs-non-Muslim framework - non-jihadist communities, Muslim and non-Muslim alike, are treated as infidel societies to be conquered.

The operational sequence matters more than the ideology itself, because it’s the part almost nobody in Western media is willing to describe honestly. First comes the conquest of Arab and Islamic states to consolidate jihadist rule and eliminate internal minorities. Then comes settlement in non-Muslim lands - the free world included - where enclaves are established that demand separate legal and cultural treatment, with the long-term goal of dissolving the host nation’s own traditions and laws. Every one of those enclaves functions, in the framework’s own terms, as a local branch of the aimed-for global caliphate.

This isn’t a two-phase strategy of “peaceful immigration” followed by “violence.” It’s a deliberate, sequenced deception. The early phases rely on non-violent infiltration and settlement, obscuring true intentions behind the language of Western human rights — tolerance, interfaith dialogue, anti-racism - before urban conflict is launched once the movement has built sufficient political power, which is precisely what’s playing out across major European cities right now. And the mechanism that protects the entire operation from scrutiny is rhetorical: branding any critic an “Islamophobe,” turning legitimate criticism into a taboo subject.

None of this works without money, weapons, and diplomatic cover, which is where states come in.
