Hello! I needed a place to put long(ish) form posts about process, inspiration, and weird creative experiments, so here I am?! I’ve named this newsletter “Open Studio” because it’s a bit like a virtual studio tour.
When I see posts or videos of image-making process floating around the internet, they are often perfectly curated, edited down, and not quite reflective of the sometimes meandering process that I am generally more familiar with. So my aim for this newsletter is to share the unvarnished (sometimes literally), oft-chaotic happenings in my studio, as if you were right there with me.
I’ve put up some work, brewed some tea, and cleared the pile of sketchbooks from the armchair in the corner of my studio, so come on in and take a seat!
