Rover is live, and with it comes a new way to unlock the full yield potential of your Bitcoin. By staking your BTC through Rover, you can mint $rovBTC, our liquid staking token. It’s fully collateralized and mintable 1:1 with Bitcoin, with immediate redemption available at any time. Start here: https://www.roverstaking.com/stake
Click the “Connect Wallet” button on the app and select your preferred wallet from the available options.
Click the “Stake Now” button to open the staking window, where you can either stake all of your Bitcoin by clicking the “MAX” button or enter a specific amount to stake.
Once confirmed, click the “STAKE BTC” button and wait for the transaction to complete.
Once your BTC is staked, you'll receive an equivalent amount of rovBTC. You can check if it’s been deposited to your account by clicking your wallet button on the top right, where it should reveal a dropdown window with your rovBTC balance shown.
It's important to note that all yield on Botanix through network fees and transactions, which is earned and accrued in Bitcoin. This is the essence of a Bitcoin-based ecosystem. Therefore, by staking your Bitcoin on Rover, you earn a base staking yield that is auto-compounded or reflected in your token balance.
Additionally, you can loop yield by using $rovBTC across various applications in the Botanix ecosystem. This includes liquidity provisioning, lending, or borrowing; your rovBTC keeps working for you.
We're excited to introduce Rover’s Points program, where you can earn by holding and using rovBTC across the Botanix ecosystem. Your points serve as a measure of your engagement within the Botanix ecosystem, and they may also unlock exclusive benefits and rewards in the future.

Holding rovBTC comes with daily rewards. For the rovBTC in your wallet, you will earn Rover points each day.
Earn points continuously while your rovBTC remains staked. The longer you stake, the more points you accumulate. (1x Multiplier)

3. Rover Points Referral Program
Do you know any Bitcoin Hodlers looking to maximize their yield? Refer them to Rover and earn Rover Points based on their activity. You will get 10% of the points that your referrals earn. If they get 100 points, you get 10!
The more active you are, the more points you’ll earn. As always, be sure to do your research and understand the risks of DeFi.
Rover Points are monitored and updated in real time. Users can view their accumulated points by connecting their wallets to the Rover app and navigating to the dashboard.
Non-Transferability: Rover Points are non-transferable and solely reflect user engagement.
Program Adjustments: Rover reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Rewards Program at its discretion.
Prohibited Activities: Engaging in fraudulent or manipulative behaviors to earn points is strictly forbidden and may result in penalties, including forfeiture of points.
