I’m switching things up today and taking a few minutes to chat about beauty products. I love summer, but between the heat, travel, and long days filming and cooking, I’ve realized there are a few products I reach for over and over again this time of year that make getting ready so much easier. I’m not someone who wants to feel like I have a full face melting off by noon, so I’m always looking for products that feel lightweight, stay put, and still look natural.

Whether I’m heading out for the day, or just wanting a little glow, these are the summer beauty essentials I’ve been loving. Everything is linked—no gatekeeping!

Charlotte Tilbury Airbrush Flawless Hydrating & Waterproof Setting Spray: Perfect for locking everything in place, especially on hot, humid summer days.

Estée Lauder Double Wear Stay-in-Place Foundation: My go-to when I want more coverage that actually lasts through the hot weather.

NARS Concealer: Easy to blend, great for brightening, and perfect for a quick application.

rhode Blush: Gives the prettiest fresh, glowy flush without feeling too heavy.

Milani Rose Powder Blush: A soft, buildable blush that’s perfect on its own or layered over any cream blush.

Charlotte Tilbury Hollywood Contour Wand: Adds the perfect amount of warmth for a pretty sun-kissed contour look.

Smashbox X BECCA Shimmering Skin Perfector Pressed Highlighter: The perfect glow without looking too glittery. Literally melts into your skin!

Make Up For Ever Artist Color Pencil Long-Lasting Lip Liner: My favorite warm-toned lip liner to wear alone or with a gloss. I love the shade 808 Boundless Berry.

Fenty Beauty Trace’d Out Pencil Lip Liner: Another one of my favorites! It’s so creamy, and the shade Satin Panty is the perfect warm peachy pink.

Fenty Beauty Gloss Bomb Universal Lip Gloss Luminizer: I always keep one of these in my bag because it makes my lips so glossy with almost no effort.

Shark FlexStyle Air Styling & Drying System: Definitely an investment, but one I reach for constantly for easy styling.

The Beachwaver B-Series: Perfect for effortless beach waves without spending forever on your hair.

Aveeno Daily Moisturizing Body Lotion, Cocoa Butter Vanilla Scent: This has been my go-to body lotion lately. It keeps my skin hydrated all day and the cocoa butter vanilla scent smells so good.

OUAI Leave-In Conditioner: Great for smoothing, detangling, and making your hair feel soft without needing a full styling routine.

Color Wow Dream Coat: A summer hair staple if your hair gets frizzy in humidity. It helps everything look smoother and more polished.

Slip Silk Scrunchies: A small thing that makes a big difference, especially in the summer when I’m constantly throwing my hair up.

Origins GinZing Energizing Vitamin C Gel Cream: Lightweight, fresh, and great under makeup or on its own.

Innisfree Daily UV Defense Sunscreen Broad Spectrum SPF 50+: Perfect for when you want advanced UVA protection, but still want your skin to look glowy and fresh.

Sol de Janeiro Bum Bum Body Cream: This cream smells amazing! Plus, it keeps my skin feeling soft all day.

Sol de Janeiro Bum Bum Body Scrub: Like the cream, this scrub also smells amazing. It gently exfoliates and leaves your skin feeling super soft and moisturized.

Instant Hydration Electrolyte Powder: Not technically beauty, but definitely part of my summer routine. It tastes amazing and keeps me hydrated all day long. It’s also zero sugar, vegan, and keto friendly!

If you grab anything from this list, let me know how you like it. You can also browse everything in my full shop HERE. I’d love to hear what ends up becoming a favorite for you, and what you’ve been loving lately in your own summer beauty routine!

Honey Mustard Pickles

Jul 18

This recipe combines two of my favorite things on earth: pickles and honey mustard. The briny acidity of the vinegar mixed with the sweet, tangy notes of honey mustard is so satisfying that I wouldn’t be surprised if Antoine and I finish these jars in a couple of days. I harvested quite a few cucumbers from my garden, so this recipe yields a lot. Feel free to halve this (or double if you dare). This recipe is pretty adaptable, so you can make adjustments to the flavors as you like.

Everything's Better with Lemon 🍋

I don’t know what it is, but the second summer rolls around I want to add lemon to absolutely everything. Pasta? Absolutely. Dessert? Obviously. A refreshing drink? Even better.
