As the space starts coming together more and more I’ve been getting more questions on where things are from, how I did a project, where I like to source secondhand, and other questions in that arena. Sharing a few of my top answers in this article to have a one stop shop resource list for folks who are interested. Please leave a comment if I missed a question you’ve been wanting answered and I’ll keep tabs on them for a “resources part 2” later down the line.
I’ve done a couple of projects on my place since moving in, some more hefty than others, but also a few very simple ones. I’ve compiled a list of some favorite and most impactful DIY’s below:
The bathroom sink curtain: the full how-to is shared in my YouTube video here. It’s a bit of a heavier lift of a project, but still super simple and no-sew.
Bookshelf curtains: a simple yet impactful one! I simply got a tension rod and longer cafe curtains to create a hidden storage area on my shelves where things can be a bit messier. Items used from this project can be found here.
