Hey,
okay, big one today: this newsletter has a new name.
Here’s the thinking. “AI Industry Insider” sounds like a newsletter that reports on AI.
That’s not what I want this to be. I want it to show you how to put AI to work: real workflows, step by step, which model to hire for which job, what things actually cost. That’s the name. Robots, working for you.
I took this over from Ivan recently, who built it to 34,000 readers. I’m not a developer. I’m a curious commercial guy who started building with AI: ten years of automation workflows, a day job in AI, and more vibe-coded projects than I’d like to admit.
First workflow lands Thursday: the full tech stack behind my $100K/month vibe-coded project. Every tool, what it does, what it costs, and what I’d swap if I started over.
If this landed in Promotions, drag it to Primary so the new name doesn’t get lost in there. I promise it’ll be worth it.
On Thursday, expect a new look, and a whole bunch actionable takeaways to get your AI literacy supercharged.
Cheers,
Jonathan
P.S. If you tried Fable 5 after last week’s issue: the free window closes tonight, 11:59pm Pacific. After that it runs on prepaid usage credits (Settings, then Usage). No credits set up means access just stops, mid-session. Add a spending cap while you’re in there.
