There are two types of people on a girls’ trip: the people who show up at the airport and ask, “So what are we doing tonight?” and the person who already knows the dinner reservation, what everyone is wearing, and the TikTok you’re filming on the way there.
I fear I am the latter.
For our Palm Beach girls’ trip, though, I took it to a new level.
I was tired of having the itinerary in one place, restaurant links somewhere else, screenshots of outfits buried in my camera roll, and approximately 400 Reels and TikToks my friends and I had sent each other with some variation of “WE HAVE TO DO THIS.”
So I used Claude Co-Work to build what I can only describe as: The Extra Itinerary™
A custom mini website (see it live here) for our trip with everything in one place.
Each day had our complete itinerary, from travel and arrival times to lunch, shopping, cocktails and dinner, with clickable links to the restaurants and places we were going.
But obviously, I couldn’t stop there.
Instead of packing a suitcase full of cute things and hoping they somehow turned into outfits when I arrived, I planned each look ahead of time. So when it was time to get dressed, there was no standing in a hotel room surrounded by 37 pieces of clothing wondering what possessed me to pack them.
This might actually be my favorite part. My friends and I are constantly sending each other TikToks and Reels we want to recreate. And normally we never make them.
So I gathered all of our saved ideas and added them to the site, but instead of just creating one giant list, I organized them by when it would actually make sense to film them.
Below is a “Copy and paste” prompt that turns a trip itinerary, a stack of outfit screenshots, and a handful of reel links into a fully designed, printable/shareable dashboard.
Works in Claude (must be in Cowork mode).
