The next trend I am really excited about is blocks of flats that integrate nature. This seems to be the best way to give urban living a natural angle.
There are all kinds of examples of this across the world. The key will be to ramp up the creation rate to meet the demand. I want to go tour more of these & see the architectural schematics of the ones that are in the pipeline.
