Chilean Food Isn't THAT Bad

after many months, I have (reluctantly) given Nick admin access to the Substack and this is his debut!!!! round of applause <3 we’ll have a full Santiago round up in the next few weeks but enjoy this Chilean food discovery. trigger warning: mayonnaise

I definitely heard more than a few jokes cracked about how bad the food is in Chile before we arrived. I feel like South America treats Chile like the rest of the world treats the UK. So while Rhea was in the Atacama Desert, I took to the Santiago streets to form my own opinion on Chilean cuisine and I’m here to tell you…. the food isn’t THAT bad.
