You Can Read the Posts for Free. But the Real Work Happens Inside the Community.
Substack is becoming the primary place to learn the Rewire approach, ask questions, get practical tools, and have more direct access to me.
There is no shortage of parenting information online.
There is also no shortage of exhausted parents saving posts at midnight, trying three different strategies by Friday, and still wondering what to do when their child is screaming, shutting down, refusing, hitting, or disappearing into a screen.
More information is not the answer.
You need a place where the information connects to your actual child, your actual home, and the moments that keep repeating. That is what I am building here.
This is no longer just a newsletter
The Rewired Collective is becoming my primary community platform — the central place where parents can:
Better understand what may be driving difficult behavior
Learn practical ways to respond without adding more escalation
Ask questions about real situations at home
Use tools that make the next hard moment easier to navigate
Learn from other parents facing similar challenges
Get more direct access to me without immediately stepping into private coaching
The free subscription stays free. You’ll still receive weekly articles and reframes on behavior, regulation, executive functioning, stress, sensory needs, and the adult’s role in difficult moments.
But paid membership is where we move from reading about change to working through it together.
What paid subscribers receive
1. A new practical Rewire Tool every month
Not another massive parenting manual destined to live unopened in your downloads folder. Each month, paid subscribers get one focused resource built around a problem families are actually dealing with — things like:
A script for an escalating moment
A transition reset plan
A behavior decoder
An adult nervous-system reset
A family routine audit
A repair-after-conflict guide
A screen-time transition tool
A checklist for figuring out what may be driving a repeated behavior
One problem. One practical resource. One clearer next move. The goal isn’t to give you more to consume — it’s to give you something you can actually use.
2. A monthly live group coaching session
This is where things get personal. Bring what’s actually happening: the bedtime battle, the school refusal, the explosive transition, the sibling conflict, the gaming fight, the morning everyone is already dysregulated before the shoes are on.
We’ll look at what happened, what may be happening underneath it, what may be increasing the pressure, and what to try next. You won’t leave with vague encouragement. You’ll leave with a plan.
3. A private subscriber community
Hard moments don’t conveniently wait for the monthly call. Paid subscribers get access to a private discussion space to ask questions, share what they’re trying, and learn from other families doing the same work. This will also be the most direct ongoing way to reach me outside of private coaching.
And the culture of that space will be intentional. Not judgment. Not parenting competitions. Not strangers diagnosing children from three sentences. Not fifty conflicting opinions shouted at you while you’re already overwhelmed.
The standard: curiosity over blame, context over assumptions, practical support over performance.
Why I’m building this here
Social media is useful for introducing an idea. It’s terrible at holding complexity.
A 30-second video can challenge a belief. It can’t help you understand why the same conflict erupts every afternoon at 4:15. A carousel can give you a useful strategy. It can’t tell you whether that strategy fits your child’s current capacity, sensory needs, communication style, executive functioning, or level of stress.
Real change requires more than a good post. It requires context, practice, reflection, support — and sometimes, someone helping you look at the situation from a different angle. That’s why Substack is becoming the main home for this work.
This is also the clearest path to me
Private coaching will still exist for families who need intensive, individualized support. But not every parent needs that level of support, and not every parent is ready for it.
Paid membership gives you something in between random social media content and private coaching: practical tools, regular coaching, a private community, and more direct access to me. That’s the value of the membership — not more content for content’s sake.
The investment
Paid membership is $10/month, or $100/year (about $8.33/month). That gives you access to the monthly Rewire Tool, live group coaching, the private community, and my deeper subscriber-only work throughout the year.
One final truth
The internet can give you ten thousand parenting strategies before breakfast. That doesn’t mean any of them fit the child standing in front of you.
The question isn’t “What technique should I try next?” The better question is “What is happening here, and what does this moment actually require from me?”
That’s the work we’ll do inside The Rewired Collective.
If you want more than posts to save and forget about, join us. Bring the real situation. Bring the questions. Bring the moments you haven’t been able to figure out yet. We’ll work from there.
