What Pipedrive's Outfunnel deal means for marketplace ISVs

Pipedrive acquires Outfunnel
Pipedrive folded Outfunnel, the top-rated app on its own marketplace, into the core CRM on August 5. Outfunnel builds sales and marketing automation software that syncs customer data between CRMs and marketing platforms in real-time and serves more than 500 businesses. Pipedrive plans to rebuild Outfunnel's core capabilities natively over the coming months rather than keep them as a separate marketplace app. Terms were not disclosed.

Clari + Salesloft partner with allGood
On August 5, allGood joined Clari + Salesloft's stack to route high-intent inbound email replies into the Predictive Revenue System. The move follows the same pattern Clari + Salesloft used with 1mind in March, when the company sunset its Drift product and referred customers to 1mind.

MCP momentum continues across vendors
Seamless.AI shipped a native ChatGPT app and MCP server on August 5. The server reaches Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, n8n, and other MCP-compatible clients with prospecting data, enabled without API keys.

ZoomInfo launched a native MCP connector to Google Cloud's Gemini Enterprise on August 3, in public preview. Administrators configure ZoomInfo as a data store within the Gemini Enterprise console, giving Gemini Enterprise agents access to verified account, contact, and buyer intent data.

Microsoft made the Dynamics 365 Customer Service MCP Server generally available on July 30. The server opens case, knowledge, and workflow data to Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio agents, Visual Studio Code, GitHub Copilot CLI, and other MCP clients including ChatGPT and Claude Code.
