From April 2025 through February of this year, I used this Substack to test ideas, flesh out frustrations, and fine-tune the concepts of IT Blindness across 41 weekly posts.

Today, the R&D phase is over, and I’ve officially released the refined result of over 25 years of experience helping businesses with technology: Break Free From IT.

I wrote this playbook for two specific readers:
