Strive is another interesting character from my weekly stock market magazine. “Strive Masiyiwa is one of Africa’s most respected business leaders. Many people know him as the man who helped bring mobile phones to millions of Africans through his company Econet.”
The team for the final project of my Executive MBA is complete. We are a team of three, one woman and two men, Georgia and Texas, US, plus Germany. International and diverse from culture and age, a very promising mixture.

At work I am currently preparing two workshops in parallel. Our Data & Analytics day on 19-May-26 with 140+ participants. As some might read my blog, not too much details here. We start the morning with several team building games, keeping it simple and straightforward. Then we have a panel discussion with senior managers about VALUES as topic, the starting point for the afternoon session. There we will be investigating personal versus team values. Reducing 400 values in a first step to 20 and in a second step to the top 5.
The second workshop on 02-Jun-26 is around 16Personality types for a team of 55+ people. I will be sharing an aggregated overview for the team, based on the individual types that are shared with me on a voluntary basis. I have done this workshop with other teams before.
