Each job is hand-picked.
What does “handpicked” mean, and how do I source these jobs?
For over 12 years, I’ve been helping software engineers relocate. Over this time, I’ve built a system to find and identify companies that hire internationally.
First, I check publicly available registers of companies legally authorized to hire foreign talent. Then, I review publicly available data to see if a company has previously hired from abroad, analyze its careers page, and monitor its recruiters’ online activity. Additionally, I use the database of Relocate.me hiring partners from the past five years and activelly leverage Boolean search techniques to find relocation-friendly openings.
For international remote roles, I manually review every listing to make sure the company isn’t limiting candidates to a specific country. I focus on opportunities that can be done remotely from anywhere or across regions such as APAC, EMEA, or LATAM. I also check the company’s LinkedIn page to see whether its team is genuinely distributed across multiple countries rather than concentrated in a single location.
