v1: Add scan-result reporting + capture license_key as step output
The license-check API now returns the subscription's license_key in the response. The 'Verify vu1nz subscription' step captures it as a step output (and masks it from logs). New step 'Report scan results to vu1nz cloud' runs after the upload artifact step.
