Relatable with the Roses · Relatable with the Roses

This week’s episode starts with a British heatwave and somehow ends with relationship advice.

In between, we discuss why England feels hotter than actual hot countries, whether hairdressers secretly double as therapists, Bradley’s ongoing campaign against the amount of hair I leave in the shower, Grayson’s emotional support hose, and a Dear Roses segment that takes some very unexpected turns.

Including one moment where Bradley confidently suggests divorce... and then a few minutes later forgets he was the one who suggested it and calls it terrible advice.

Honestly, this one feels a bit like sitting at our kitchen table while we bounce between six different conversations at once.

So basically... a normal week over here.

Listen here…

This week’s episode: High-Protein Chocolate Chip Cookies.

Now, full transparency: Bradley’s co-host was inching dangerously close to bedtime when this was filmed, which meant Grayson brought a level of chaos that can only be described as “method acting.”

The good news? Cookies were made.

The confusing news? We’re still not entirely sure why they looked the way they looked.

And if we’re being honest... they were fine.

Not bad. Not amazing. Not life-changing. Just... fine.

In fact, we’d give ‘em a 5/10.

For a healthy, protein-packed dessert, we’d happily eat them again. But deep down, we know there is a better cookie recipe out there waiting to be found.

The thing is, we film these little cooking reels every time we try something because we never know if we’re about to discover our next obsession... or create something that belongs in a science experiment.

Thankfully, our sous chef remains an absolute superstar regardless.

So we’re sharing this one with you anyway.

But we’re officially on a mission to find a cookie recipe that is delicious AND healthy.

Until then, here’s this week’s adventure 👇

This week’s Dear Roses questions sparked some strong opinions (and at least one piece of advice that Bradley immediately regretted giving).

Now we want to hear from you...

What would you do?

Last week, we asked Bradley to put together a summer playlist.

The result is exactly what you’d expect: a mix of songs that make you want to roll the windows down, grab an iced coffee, and pretend you’re in a movie montage.

We’ve had it playing nonstop during dog walks, kitchen dance parties, and our ongoing quest to survive the British heatwave.

If you missed it the first time around, here’s your reminder 👇

And if you’ve got a song that absolutely belongs on a summer playlist, hit reply and let us know. We’re always looking for new additions.

Alright, Roses...

Go vote in the polls, send us your Dear Roses questions here, and if you decide to take Bradley’s advice on anything this week, please remember that even Bradley doesn’t always agree with Bradley.

(And if you don’t get that lil zinger 😜, listen to the episode and you will.)

Love ya,

Bradley + Sophia 🌹
