I was in a rut when I was putting these looks together (do I say that every week?). I shoot these looks every Tuesday on a day when Sol goes to his grandmas house (hi Randi). Sometimes I think I just put too much pressure on myself to put together looks in a few hours but my sister told me to turn on some music to pull me out of my spiral. My initial thought was that it wasn’t going to change my mood but you know what? It did. I felt so much more inspired and my mood became so much more positive. So, this is just a reminder that if you need to pull yourself out of a self inflicted spiral just turn on some good tunes.

This is a simple little uniform recipe that always work for me. Short shorts with a more structured oversized button down and some cute little heels/flops. I always feel good in an outfit like this and it just feels very me. There are endless options for a look like this. You could do sporty shorts or shorts that are more tailored like these ones. So many different types of button downs work here. You can play with color or pattern. This is just an easy go to look.

I don’t know what it is but I recently love a long oversized tank. They are very versatile to style many ways. I love them over a skirt or even over a dress. You can play around with bunching them up or tying them. It just adds some more dimension to an outfit. I styled it with this really fun skirt that feels very vintage Prada. Some old miu miu heels that I love and oversized sunnies. I used to dislike big sunglasses and now I can’t stop wearing them. That’s how you know fashion just moves in circles. The things that were cool when I was in middle school are making a come back.

Necklace, Flops, Shorts I found in a green and then these fun white ones, Tank, Bag was just a no brand bag I got a gift in but I really love the shape of this one, and I found this one and it is a different vibe but really fun and now I need it, Vintage bandana these are easy to find. You can buy new or used.

This outfit also kind of goes back to the idea of a go to uniform. I have certain color combos that I always know will make me feel good. Pink and red never fail me. This is just a fun easy outfit I can easily throw on. I am heading to a lake this weekend and this outfit is definitely getting packed.

Okay, I had to add two images because I needed you to see the back of this shirt. It is such a good one. It is a shirt you can wear super casually or very easily dress it up. It is a shirt that makes you feel kind of sexy so naturally had to add some old man shorts to balance that out and little heels. The big canvas bag also felt like a nice way to balance out this outfit to feel more casual.

As always I hope you enjoyed these looks and came away feeling just a little inspired. I appreciate you being here and thank you for supporting. xx
