OCO orders get canceled on their own!?

I use OCO orders with a stop and a limit(set high, in case of a wild spike to capture that move before it instantly referves, template I have is +2limit and -25stop loss) via active trader ladder So for example I take a trade on SPY option and its moving in my favor...
