Over the years I've always had a slight southern accent (I live in the south with a very southern family) and until recent times, when my symptoms got worse, so did the accent. To add onto this, I have disorganized speech and thoughts, so with the heavier accent, it sounds like I'm just babblin about nutin. I also use replacement words that I got from my mum and gramma like I say "prolly" instead…
