Anyone have any experience with Perfect Jeans?

This company offers size-inclusive jeans, but the size guide includes only waist measurements, not hip measurements. I'm also short, and I'm wondering if someone can weigh in on whether these are high-waisted. Again, there's no measurement for the rise.
