Possible unused Pikuniku OST track — “Nice Friends”

I think I may have stumbled across an unused Pikuniku OST track called “Nice Friends.” I found an MP3 simply named nice friends.mp3, and from what I can tell it doesn't seem to be part of the officially released soundtrack. The audio itself sounds very much like it could fit Pikuniku, though, so I'm wondering if this was an unused/early track from development. I'm not 100% sure where it originally…
