OneDrive "Looking for changes " constantly - high cpu

For the last month my OneDrive (business) is constantly switching between "looking for changes" for about a minute then "Backed up and Synced" and back to "looking for changes". Before, it used to look for changes and then stay in the "Backed up and synced" state, unless I made a change.
