Do numbered weekdays in Slavic languages count from Monday or from Sunday?

In Slavic languages, the words for Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday are numbered two, four, and five. For example, “úterý”/“čtvrtek”/“pátek” in Czech or “вто́рник”/“четве́рг”/“пя́тница” in Russian.
