Week #12: March 23-29, 2026

Welcome to Week Twelve and the first full week of Spring. Take a deep breath and smile at your self and your spirits.

I have finished my second quarter of grad school! I am that meme of Nicole Kidman after divorcing Tom Cruise. (I know it’s been debunked, but you get it.) It feels like freedom. This quarter was bumpy, but okay. Good enough. I’ve been having a hard time writing outside of schoolwork, but I’m determined to put together a Learn Along before I forget all of the important details.

That also seems to be a theme for right now—reflecting on things in a real, tangible way that allows for more thorough integration—so if you’ve been considering some kind of practice that involves journaling, scrapbooking, commonplace-booking, keeping a planner, writing in your notes app, leaving yourself voice memos, or otherwise creating and maintaining an archive, this is your sign; you synchronicity. There are plenty of reasons why these kinds of record-keeping efforts seem hard and/or silly, but in the first year of a brand-new collective cycle, it’s especially important to be able to look back and see the path.

That’s right, every single week of 2026 will be influenced by the energy of our collective yearly numbers: ten and one (2+0+2+6 = 10, 1+0 = 1).
