This was a big week, and I cannot wait to share more. Things come in threes, and I wasn't expecting all this excitement in early August.

My husband and I will be visiting Ann Arbor, Michigan soon. This will be my first time, and I am looking forward to it. If you have any favorites, must-eats, or places to visit, please send them my way.

The Paris 2027 Calendar Presale is on now. Prices go up on Monday. I am thrilled about the updates that I made this year. I had no intention of cleaning the kitchen this Friday, but one thing led to another (the fridge, then the cupboard), and it felt really good to let things go. Some older pieces are being donated, and there is more space on our shelves for new pieces or just some room to breathe.

We swapped our tea kettle for this one; I can’t wait to try it out. As soon as the weather turns, I start the morning with tea instead of coffee.

I love a clean kitchen and typically have to empty the dishwasher and tidy before starting my workday.

We have a pile of donations to drop off, and we're gifting pieces to friends that we are no longer using.

Now my husband is on board and is very excited to refresh some older pieces and do a shop at Crate and Barrel. We picked up these glasses in the tall and short versions.

Systems were my big goal this year, making life easier and taking things off my plate. Scheduling multiple appointments at a time, meal planning, and more. I started booking dinner reservations in advance instead of scrambling for last-minute dinner plans. This gives us something to look forward to on the calendar, and I know it is a night off from cooking at the end of the week.

Chicago friends, I booked Mister Tiger, and we loved it! I can’t wait to go back and try more dishes. Everything we ordered was a hit!

Last week, I talked about my sleep routine, and I may have forgotten to mention my Hatch Alarm. It helps with a wind-down routine set up on the app, and I wake up to sound and light slowly instead of a jarring alarm. Game changer. There are so many sound options to choose from.

The zucchini bread recipe I look forward to making each summer. I picked up a good amount of zucchini yesterday and cannot wait to bake this.
