It's been a while

You probably found me through my posts on housing affordability or AI, subscribed, and then never heard from me again.

Well, I’m back — and I have a new home. I’ve moved to Substack because:

a) having a personal website with my own name felt marginally vain by my ‘older millennial’ standards, and

b) this is where my people hang out.

In the year since my last post, I completed the journalism fellowship at the University of Toronto and published two long-form pieces. The one, for the National Post, was among their top five trending stories.
