During my job search, I had a conversation with a team lead. It was just a conversation while having a coffee, not in the context of an interview. And at some point I was telling them about some of my not-so-great experiences. And they told me that I should not mention any of this in the interviews. Because the companies take it as if I could tell shit about the previous companies I worked with, then I can do the same with the new companies.

Well, how about just being decent? Why would I talk shit about a good person or company? Once I had a contract for 2 years and getting closer to the end of the contract, I was told that everything was fine, and the company was doing great, and they were ready to get me fully on board. And a week before the end of the contract, they told me they were not going to renew it, and that I could take the rest of the time to start searching for the new job. Oh, how fucking generous of them it was. I was so grateful. Yeah? Is this how I should have felt about it?

Try to be a fucking decent person, and you won't have to be afraid of others talking shit about you.
