My number one life hack as a creative and an extrovert is to surround myself with people I love. Hence, the shared studio space with some of my best friends.
The studio happens to be on Princess Street in Charleston, which feels pretty perfect. I’ve shared before how magical the studio is; it’s filled with some of my best friends and favorite girls. We always joke that we can’t get here fast enough in the mornings. Lunch happens every day at 11:30. We talk about new trends, who wore what to which event, the latest runway show, the books we’re reading, what someone just bought, or a new recipe we just made.
Like any friend group, we also have an active group chat and a very long thread of Instagram DMs. There is always something being sent, saved, and admired in the thread.
So, this week, I thought it might be fun to give you an exclusive look into the Princess St. Women chat channel.
Filled with fashion-forward creative women who are constantly keeping each other up to date, it felt like the perfect addition to What’s on the Studio Table. A collection of what’s currently inspiring us: screenshots, Instagram saves, runway images, or a link sent at 10:30 p.m.
The Princess St. Women love a collaboration.
We have all been obsessing over the recent Rosie Assoulin x Target collection. It’s fun to see a designer’s take on creating something a little more accessible while staying true to their brand. This skirt, in particular, was a fan favorite among the girls. We find collaborations to be such a unique avenue for creative curation.
The new Chloé Fall 2026 campaign stopped us all in our tracks.
There is something about Chloé that always feels super feminine without feeling overly precious, and this campaign was no different. We are constantly looking to fashion for inspiration. The color combinations, the playful textures, the movement.
Then there was the Mr Larkin runway show. Their first-ever runway show, titled Lucky, debuted at Copenhagen Fashion Week. The silhouettes, the beading, the accessories. The collection was filled with conversation-starter pieces, perfectly suited for discussion over lunch.
We are also all completely obsessed with Christina Arark’s painted vases. We were so inspired, and especially loved watching her creative process here. There is something so satisfying about seeing something transformed by an artist’s hand.
And last, but most certainly not least, is the new Hamish Powell feature in Architectural Digest. His fantastical florals feel like they belong somewhere between a garden, a painting, and a dream, and we have been completely captivated.
I think that is ultimately what I love most about the Princess Street Women: we are constantly seeking and sharing what is inspiring us. A new creative to follow, a show, what’s walking the runway, a new restaurant to try. All discussed and passed around.
Welcome to the Princess St. chat.
