Today's summary, published in a couple of social places:

• More rain today.
• More writing today.
• More fleeing today.
• More chewing the cud today.
• Less talk today.

That's a win.

¶ I like short URLs. Or is it URIs? The shorter the better. Some services or social spots have indecently long links. Discouraging.

¶ The one-column Bible I bought in the Almeida Século 21 version is so nice, it's a shame the text, especially verses and subtitles, are washed out.

¶ I've become partial to one-column formats for Bibles. More natural reading experience. I have the NET Bible in that format. Tremendous!

¶ Bible publishers should have graphic-layout consultants who know their stuff. Yes, there are space and financial considerations, but make the Sacred Letters legible!

¶ Time to quit complaining and mention #3goodthings -- thanksgiving:

1. No rain while we went out and ate a burger at the local meat market up behind the house.

2. Blessing to have a clean house today.

3. Today's slow start picked up and things got done.
