Hello one and all, I wanted to share with you today some news on a new project am developing once my others are near completion.
When you reach my age, currently 55, you realize that one inescapable truth - 50 might be the new 40 but you still have more years behind than you do ahead. I enjoy my work and have no regrets sticking to blogging and non-fiction work. Lately my head has been spinning with a plethora of ideas for stories I’d like to see brought to fruition. I mean, we all do, but writing is both a passion and aprofession for me. Since stagnation is a risk at my age and the death knell of a fledgling career the time has come to embrace the pain and pleasure.
The idea popped into my head when my wife and I visited Tenby in Wales, last weekend. I found myself outlining ideas for short stories to feature as part of an anthology e-book. Stories are mostly horror and science fiction with some cross over in genres. They will be mostly separate but linked with a Frame Narrative - plus one of the stories will be on offshoot of a much larger project. The notes are saved in a safe place whilst I finish my WiPs and upskill to something more creative. The question I’m left with for now is do I adopt a pseudonym and write under a pen name or as Ramon Youseph?
