"Be Kind" While "Behavioral Threat Assessments" Increase in Schools? No: Parents Must Speak Out

I just witnessed an interesting reading of a children’s book at an Easter Egg Roll at the White House, televised live, while I sought to clarify a link I had posted at my current ECC article:

First Lady Melania Trump read a book about a bunny called PJ and another bunny called Honey Bunny. Pine Coney Island was mentioned, and Carrot Cake. [Just coincidentally, PJ is the name [this writer’s spouse] Paul’s dad calls him by, he was called PJ by his parents as a child, and Honey Bunny is the name this writer called her sweet Sophie [their child] when she was a baby. And she, like probably everyone else, does love Carrot Cake…]

The book was titled “Bunny with a Big Heart” and the author is Marilyn Sadler. The book was published in December 2023—a little after the writer became aware of all the many Pauls and Sophies now in the world.

A charming reading, it was followed by questions of the children, who, at the front, looked like under-twos. But perhaps there were others. What did the story teach you, Melania asked, and repeated twice, something someone supposedly said, about Kindness and Being Kind.

Be Kind?

This is an oft-repeated phrase by people who are using Armed Terror against others. [Not necessarily the ones pictured here.]

There is a need to Question this Phrase, because it has become Political Propaganda from the Arms Industry, which has now expanded into Through-Wall Radio Frequency Arms and Neuroweaponry: These are no longer subjects for negotiation: All practical, thoughtful, peace-loving People everywhere in the entire world, but especially inside the United States of America, a heavily armed space, bristling with Arms Industry bastions, need to question those who reign over Arms Build-Ups while espousing Kindness for the rest of us: In what way?

Must we Be Kind when we speak of Arms Manufacturers?

Must we Be Kind when we examine the Police Departments in every city, county, and State and find they are getting more and more Armed with Conducted Electrical Weapons and Pulsed Energy Projectiles and RF HPM (Radio Frequency High Power Microwave weapons) and Long Range Acoustic Devices and Active Denial Systems which they are actually using on people in what they call “Crowd-Control” situations or “Targeted Violence Prevention” or “Public Safety” programs?

Must we Be Kind when we hear the reports and feel the burn ourselves of these Through-Wall Millimeter Wave and Microwave Weapons and Technologies which all 3 branches of the US Military have now publicly disclosed as anti-personnel weaponry they have developed? And which the National Institute of Justice has disclosed it has been actively testing and developing, through Police organizations and Universities?

Or must we research further, learn more, and express our views of concern and horror at these Through-Wall intrusions which are taking away our freedoms, our Privacy, our Health, and our Lives?

There is a greater. deeper aspect to this, and that is, the rise of the “Behavioral Health” state, which Police have been used to attempt to establish, a matter everyone needs to look into and address, as vocally as one can, because it is our children’s lives here which are at risk—in addition to all of ours.

Last night I watched parts of a City Council meeting held in Quincy, Massachusetts on February 24, 2025, seriously unsettling in places as certain Councilmembers expressed themselves.

One of the most disturbing revelations had to do with “Behavioral Threat Assessments” which a former Defense-corporation Director turned Councilman, Dave McCarthy asked the Quincy Chief of Police about.

He seemed to want to make sure “that all our schools, especially the older ones, are hooked up to the police station”, that there was a direct line from all the schools in Quincy to the Quincy Police Station at their new “Public Safety” building which intends to house Police, Fire and EMS in one happy space, all of them collaborating with each other, and all of them engaged, it appears, in ensuring the “Mental Health” of the people of Quincy—with many private offices for police-contractor snitching “in private” to target people unlawfully right there at the Police Station. [This writer has been exposing unlawful targeting and surveillance and surveillance abuse and human experimentation by “Special Access” programs and forces for 12 years now: these are not idle remarks.]

The Chief of Police assured the Councilman that all the schools would be connected.

Think of that for a minute.

All the schoolchildren in all the schools in Quincy watched nonstop on camera, and subjected continuously to Behavioral Threat Assessments: That is not Education or Schooling any parent should accept for their children, that is a Maximum Security Prison or a Psych Ward which IS a Maximum Security Prison. [This writer has twice been incarcerated in the latter by Quincy Police, unlawfully, on forced-kidnaps to silence her journalism, in 2022, and speaks from experience.]

This Councilman also mentioned “Active Shooters” “down the road”: Was he planning such scenarios himself?

This Councilman is Dave McCarthy, once Director of Security at General Dynamics, which has contracted for over 12 years, in fact probably 24 or more with the US Air Force to test “non lethal weapons” on “bio-behavioral research contracts” in many parts of the USA and worldwide, suspectedly: This writer is still examining the documents received last Spring from the US Air Force, and has been prevented from fully reporting earlier what kind of experiments these are, and the full length and breadth of their scope and reach, by constant Quincy Police and affiliated contractors parked in her neighborhood attacking her for over a year now with repeated false-claim terrorizing at her doorstep—which she has been obliged to report instead.

However, several disclosures have been published earlier and can be found at The Everyday Concerned Citizen, including: Declassified US Air Force Directed Energy Bio-Behavioral Research (DEBR) Contracts Reveal Weapons-Testing on Humans Using Counter-Personnel Radio Frequency High Power Microwave (RF HPM) Weapons.

But the point to be made here is that the Defense and Arms Industry which has gone full steam ahead to develop the most bitterly dangerous Weapons of Harm to All, weapons which use radiation technologies and acoustic technologies and neurotechnologies to affect brains, health, and behavior, being able to escalate emotions such as anger and sadness, being able to neurostimulate and neurodepress, have teamed up with Police to then increase the selecting and pinpointing of people as “behaviorally questionable”, starting with our schools now, having trawled through mental asylums, nursing homes, Medicare seniors and elders, homeless shelters, workplaces, neighborhoods already.

All of a sudden our “Behavior” is being surveilled—by the Police, and their contractors, who work with and for these very Arms Manufacturers testing and using their newfangled Arms on us, unlawfully.

This writer just happened to watch that Eggroll Reading 2025 live. She much admires Melania, for standing up alone in front of those cameras and those unknown people with babies and reading that Children’s Book.

But the message Be Kind which we like to send to our children along with Share your Toys and Be Nice now to siblings doesn’t quite work for adults and parents in light of these incredible invasions of our privacy and our children’s privacy.

Should Police be in our schools?

Why would Active Shooters exist at all when any school can install a Metal Detector and have some form of Entrance security?

Should our children be surveilled 24/7 for “Behavioral Threat Assessments”?

Or should parents realize there is a time to Speak, for our children’s futures, and that time is Now?

We cannot let our children be scrutinized constantly: a great part of Education is being able to be free to be unselfconscious, to think open-endedly, to read widely, to question everything, to enjoy one’s time with schoolfriends, teachers, all that schools have to offer, openly and being oneself. Something we should all be able to be (for none of us is going to “break the Law” when the Lawlessness here in the USA has reached such an all-time high, with the Arms Industry apparently believing they can run our entire lives): Be ourselves. And can any of us be, in this time?

There is an ancient Buddhist prayer which goes “May I fully Express Myself in this Lifetime. May I fully Express Myself As Myself in this Lifetime. May all Beings fully Express Themselves as themselves in this Lifetime. May I be able to Fully Express Myself.”

Obviously, Arms and Weapons didn’t come into that prayer, nor did harming others. All of us want the same things ultimately, peaceful lives.

But right now, we may have to Speak up, to save ourselves and our children both, them especially, and remember, everyone, their Futures are ours to safeguard. With our Words.
