The Los Angeles City Council voted 10–3 to rescind 12 designated Section 41.18 anti-camping/enforcement zones in Council District 13, which includes Hollywood, Silver Lake and Echo Park….(Meaning, it’s no longer illegal to camp in those areas)

That’s right folks …. The answer to ending the “homeless” problem .. and the crime.. and the disease …

Make room for MORE HOMELESS !!!!

Why? Because the Bill violates the Collective Bargaining agreement and it unlawful.

But, WHO CARES!!??? The Rules in NY are…. THERE ARE NO RULES!!! and these idiots wonder why over half the kids can’t read!!
