[N] Hell on Earth - Learning from a Textbook

This guide is for my own reference on learning through a textbook, whether it be studying for an exam or catching up on lectures I most definitely missed.

📖 Flip through all of the pages to understand how long the chapter is and what stands out to you

🤔 Review the end-of-chapter quiz to view the important things the author(s) expect(s) you to learn

↪️ Skim the end-of-chapter summary to get a fundamental understanding of possible answers to the questions above and where you can find them

🎯 Starting at the beginning of the chapter, read all bolded text and headings to further enforce what the author wants you to comprehend

🌓 Finally, read the first and last sentence of each paragraph. The first sentence = introduction/topic and the last sentence = paragraph summary

Whatever you do, always remember:

“Only read the entire textbook if you have no other choice. These things are dryer than your mouth when eating someone out.”

⭐️ Bonus: Look for enrichment material. The waste of tree bark we call textbooks is for professors to teach from, not for students to learn from. Unless you're you (me, the author; I don't know, I've changed perspectives too much), then you can do whatever the hell you want.
