The Israel Defense Forces this week released its findings into its attacks which killed aid and medical workers in Gaza.

The Australian government yesterday expressed outrage that no criminal findings were made in the deaths of Australian aid worker Zomi Frankcom and her World Central Kitchen colleagues.

Yesterday, the Israeli Ambassador was called into a meeting with the Foreign Minister - amid calls for him to be expelled from the country.

Today on the Breakfast Wrap we hear his interview with Sally Sara in full.

Then, two other cases that won't be subjected to a criminal probe both involve workers from Médecins Sans Frontieres.

In November 2023, two people were killed when their MSF marked car was fired upon by members of the Israeli army.

Months later - in February 2024 - a tank fired on a house, killing two relatives of MSF staff, injuring six others.

The IDF found there were mitigating circumstances in both those cases - and won't take further action.

The Australian MSF boss shares their perspective of the IDF's findings.

Recap the morning's news, politics and global affairs with the Breakfast Wrap.
