Not tracking everything

Is there a way to combine intuitive eating with weight watchers? I find WW too restrictive and I can only do it for a few weeks before I get too burnt out and hungry. Does anyone use some of the principles but are intuitive with portions, or not tracking all meals if whole foods etc? (Please no snarky comments) submitted by /u/TelevisionGood3057 [link] [comments]

It's near impossible to do anything on…

I'm able to click on the blue plus sign on the homepage to track the activity but not to see what's been tracked. Am I just completely overlooking it? Thanks! submitted by /u/emcgiggles1 [link]…
